Refund policy

Returns Eligibility:

    We accept returns for products purchased directly from Anteck Industries Pty Ltd within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

     

    Return Process:

      To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@anteck.com.au. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.

       

      Return Shipping:

        Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

         

        Refunds:

          Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

           

          Exchanges:

            We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

             

            Damaged or Defective Items:

              If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will replace it or issue a refund, as appropriate.

              Any product that is received in a damaged condition must be notated on the delivery or consignment note. Claims made without this supporting documentation maybe rejected.

                Anteck Industries Pty Ltd. ("Anteck Industries") is committed to delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. To demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction and to provide you with peace of mind, we offer this Product Warranty Policy.

                 

                Coverage

                  This Product Warranty Policy covers all products manufactured and sold by Anteck Industries Pty Ltd. This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials.

                   

                  Warranty Terms

                    Defects Covered: This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and maintenance. It includes, but is not limited to, manufacturing defects, structural defects, and defects in materials used in the construction of our products.

                     

                    Exclusions:

                    This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

                    1. Negligence, misuse, or abuse of the product.

                    2. Failure to follow the product's care and maintenance instructions.

                    3. Modifications or alterations to the product not authorized by Anteck Industries.

                    4. Accidents, natural disasters, or acts of vandalism.

                    5. Normal wear and tear.

                    6. Rust or corrosion when any product is used or stored outdoors or in moist or refrigerated environments.

                    7. damage or deterioration due to exposure to severe temperatures, salt water or salt air or oxidising chemicals.

                    8. Damage caused during transit.

                    9. Or damage due to the Product having been modified or altered, reconstructed, repaired or altered by any third parties, or used with any third-party products, hardware or product that has not been previously approved in writing by us.

                     

                    Repair or Replacement:

                    In the event that a defect covered by this warranty is discovered within the warranty period, Anteck Industries will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product, or any part thereof, free of charge. The decision to repair or replace will be based on the extent of the defect and the feasibility of repair. In the event of part replacement, installation costs of such parts is the responsibility of the customer. 

                     

                    Proof of Purchase:

                    To avail of this warranty, the customer must provide proof of purchase in the form of a valid sales receipt or invoice indicating the date of purchase.

                     

                    Claim Process

                    To make a warranty claim under this policy, the customer must follow these steps:

                    1. Contact Anteck Industries Customer Support at info@anteck.com.au to initiate a warranty claim.

                    2. Provide the proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect or issue.

                    3. Anteck Industries will review the claim and, if deemed valid, will provide instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement.

                    4. Anteck at its discretion may choose to return the product or instruct the customer to dispose of the product.

                    5. Anteck Industries will cover the cost of shipping the product to be returned. Repaired or replaced product back to the customer.

                    6. Alternatively, Anteck Industries may choose to send replacement part(s) to the customer. Installation costs of such parts is the responsibility of the customer.

                     

                    Disclaimer

                    This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Anteck Industries Pty Ltd. and supersedes any other warranties, whether oral or written, express or implied. Anteck Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

                     

                    Governing Law

                    This warranty is governed by the laws of Queensland, and any disputes arising from this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.

                    Changes to Warranty Policy

                    Anteck Industries reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective from the date of publication on our website.
